Destination: The Ted. A JFLP Corporate Outing.
One of the best ways to build relationships with customers and employees is to bring them to a baseball game...and drink lots of Icehouse! Get It Goin'! How old are you?
On June 8, 2009, members of the Jellyfish Lake Production's Board of Directors held its 2Q, 7th inning, company outing at an Atlanta Braves baseball game. The Braves won in 15 innings, beating the Pittsburgh Pirates, 7 to 6 around 12:15am on June 9th.

Honeybee Changes Name To: APIS FLOREA
Diaphanous Discharge
The JFLP "School's Out Tour 2009" oozed onward with Transparent Seas rocking out the Hot Topic dressing room at the Gwinnett Place Mall on Wednesday. Clearance racks rumbled as the drone resonance of Transparent Seas impregnated the rear of the store, while dazed onlookers were mesmerized by the flashing lights and the seepage of sound. Then, sucked in by the free stuff, the inked and pierced masses grabbed what they could of the limited edition CD's and promotional souvenir memorabilia being offered by the bands. Luckily, there were no injuries to report.
When suddenly, red-capped gnomes were observed scampering knee-level amongst the gathering hoards. A hard, steady, 4/4 beat spewed from the speakers; Transparent Seas had transformed right before the crowd's eyes in to FreeWitch, who closed out the set with their trademark pulsating, space-age tones permeating the throbbing environment.
A celebratory dinner at Shogun Japanese Steakhouse followed as Sapporos were consumed in mass quantities. A slide show of the epic event was documented for your viewing pleasure.

Transparent Seas Makin' Some Mad Noise
At the Mall of Georgia on Wednesday, May 20th, hundreds, maybe thousands, of gnome lovers swarmed the Hot Topic to witness the Atlanta World Premiere of Jellyfish Lake's three newest sky-rocketing artists, FreeWitch, Transparent Seas and Louscious, live and in concert. FreeWitch took center stage first to crank out a hot DJ set that included Alice Cooper's 'Schools Out' to commemorate the last day of school in Gwinnett County, followed by some Giorgio Moroder and StereoLab to keep the crowd moving and entertained. Transparent Seas appeared next to throw down some smokin' live free-form (see pix below) that just left the audience stunned and bewildered in amazement. Finally, Louscious closed out the event by cranking up some of his mad beats off his latest cd titled 'Ok Daze.' Free cd's were distributed to enthusiastic observers. Overheard comments from the audience included "That's some crazy shit!" and "Didn't they open for Radiohead?" to "Do you sell pipes here?" JFLP reports that more dates are coming soon.
